Thank you for choosing Firdaus Kamaruzzaman Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (FK Solutions) for your website development needs. We value your business and are dedicated to delivering high-quality services. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if FK Solutions is responsible for a mistake that necessitates the refund. We will not entertain refund requests for changes of mind after payment. Refunds are contingent upon our failure to adhere to the mutually agreed-upon specifications outlined in our contract or website.
2. Refund Request Process: To initiate a refund request, please send an email to billing@fksolutions.com.my within 7 days of receiving the final product. Clearly outline the issue and provide a detailed reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed up to the point of the refund request. Please note that expenses incurred during the development process, including domain and hosting fees, will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Time: Upon receiving your refund request, FK Solutions will review it and respond within 5 business days. If the request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

At FK Solutions, we take pride in our work and are committed to meeting the specifications outlined in our contract. Should we fail to meet these specifications, we are happy to provide a refund. However, refunds will not be granted for changes of mind after payment or if the mistake lies on the customer’s part.
